Connection guide

Connect GitHub to Noet

Connecting GitHub uses a short device code — no password ever leaves your browser. The whole flow takes under a minute.

Step by step

Four steps, about a minute.

  1. Open Integrations in Noet

In the Noet panel, open Settings → Integrations and click Connect next to GitHub.

  2. Copy your device code

Noet shows a short one-time code and opens github.com/login/device in your browser. Keep the code visible.

  3. Enter the code on GitHub

Paste the code into GitHub, then click Continue and Authorize to grant Noet read access to your notifications, issues, and pull requests.

  4. Return to Noet

Once GitHub confirms, Noet detects it automatically and shows GitHub as Connected.

Noet only reads from GitHub — it never pushes code, comments, or changes on your behalf. Revoke access anytime from your GitHub authorized apps.
