Integrations

Connected services let Ask Noet retrieve context that does not live on your Mac. Every integration is optional and can be disconnected independently.

Available services

| Service | Typical use in Noet | | --- | --- | | Gmail | Find threads, read context, and prepare drafts | | Slack | Search conversations and compose messages | | GitHub | Find issues, pull requests, and discussions | | Google Calendar | Review events and prepare for meetings | | Google Drive | Find files and bring document context into answers | | Linear | Search issues and understand project status |

Connect a service

  1. Open Settings → Integrations in Noet.
  2. Choose the service and select Connect.
  3. Review the provider's permissions screen.
  4. Approve only if the requested access matches how you want to use Noet.
  5. Return to Noet and wait for the initial sync to begin.

Most services use the provider's OAuth flow. Linear uses a personal API key. Your organisation may require an administrator to approve a new app.

Start small

Connect one account and try a question that you already know how to verify. Once the result is useful, add the next service needed for cross-tool context.

Detailed connection walkthroughs remain available on the Noet guides page.
